Puppies

On 15th of January, 2011 (18 months ago), Pepsi had her first litter of puppies - 4 beautiful, little, pink nosed boxer pups - 2 boys (Fernando & Harry) and 2 girls (Chiquitta and Mia).  It was the same night as Brad Huizinga's birthday party, and I stayed home while Rachel went to the party (sorry Brad!!).  Pepsi was so good.  We had the puppies for 7 weeks till they were old enough to find a home.  They were so small, but at 7 weeks were bigger than Klay, very active and needed to go!
These photos bring back sooo many good memories!

More family photos!

I found some photos of our pets again - if you think we love our pets, your right!  If you think our pets are inquisitive, and enjoy our company - I hope so!

Pepsi peeping through our bedroom window, trying to figure out what going on?!  I wonder what she is looking at??

Pepsi at 2 months old!

The absolutely best photo of Pepsi - it was going to get published in a calendar, but it was sent too late!

Our Family

Our family consists of 2 dogs - cross dachshund who's about 7 years old.  Here is some recent photos.  They are the love of our 'children' - they spend many hours observing our life, and we observing theirs.
(I found out how to do photo effects!!)

Slight cock of the head - I don't think that camera is food!
Got to love the boxer face - curious & inquisitive.
Looking into her eyes (and nose)!
7 years old, and still looks like a puppy.  Ageing gracefully.
Pepsi jumping up, watching Rachel in the kitchen.  I mean, who wouldn't want to watch Rachel in her element!!
Pepsi getting back to her wild side!

The meat is a heavy as Klay!

Fighting for Dominance #2

Here they are, at it again, same afternoon!

Fighting for Dominance #1

Here is Pepsi play fighting with Klay (3 1/2 year old Daschund cross Chihuahua). They do this every day and make a even bigger show when we come out with camera's! So cute! I do wonder though if Klay realizes that one day Pepsi will be bigger than him!

Meet our new best friend

While we were in Bunbury, Anson wanted to check out some 6wk old boxer pup's. After his 9yr old boxer Jem got bitten by a snake about 2 months ago, we wanted to get a new puppy and the breeder had two left. So we went there, fell in love and Neil & fam brought it back with them a few days later. Here she is at 7 weeks old,

Her name is : Pepsi
